Review: “A Comprehensive Guide” perfectly describes this book. I started implementing Employee Central since 2012, and since its inception, the products functionality has expanded significantly. This book is a front to back explanation in business terms, which you can easily apply and understand, to the functionalities in the system. It covers everything from project preparedness to fundamentals, to business rules, configurations, security, reporting, integrations and so much more. If you are a consultant, a customer, a project manager, a sales rep... At some level you will reference this book if you have any interaction with the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central solution. Great job, kudos, and thank you to these authors who have such great influence in the marketplace.
